Trenchtown Sports: If you still don’t think Steph is ‘top 10 all-Time’ then you aren’t paying attention

The greatest shooter in NBA history stamped his name with the league’s greatest players. Anyone that wants to argue this doesn’t know basketball and what he’s done. We just watched one of the greatest individual seasons ever. He passed Ray Allen in December as the greatest 3-point shooter in history. Now, he’s got his 4th championship and 1st finals MVP.

Curry is on a very short list of NBA players with 4 rings, 2 MVPs, and a finals MVP. How’s this for an A list, Kareem, Tim Duncan, Lebron James, Magic Johnson, and Michael Jordan? Steph has changed the game with his unlimited range, ball-handling and his movement off the ball makes him impossible to guard for a full 4 quarters.

Curry has truly changed the game of basketball and it shows in the younger generation that tries and shoots it from anywhere on the court. Unfortunately, it is unrealistic to mimic Curry’s game unless you are willing to put in the work. Curry’s workouts are jaw-dropping. After 13 years in the league, he now practices only touching the net on his shots. Yes, if it hits the rim he counts it as a miss. From the undersized PG from Davidson to the 3-point assassin, a 4x champion, 2x MVP, and now, a finals MVP.
